Christmas in June
All people connected to Water’s Edge can make a big difference through our “Christmas In June” campaign. This is a great chance to bring the life changing and eternity changing love of Christ to people in our community and throughout the world.
Our goal in this campaign is $50,000.
These funds first and foremost will enable us to keep supporting our missionaries overseas and in the United States. Your generosity will also give tangible aid to further the spread of the gospel by supporting City Lights church planting network, helping them plant multiple African American LCMS congregations in the DFW metroplex. We are excited to have Real Options join us this year as part of our Christmas in June campaign. Real Options has served Collin County since 1989, Real Options has led the fight to protect the most vulnerable in our society, the unborn.
Another reason for our goal of $50,000 is that we have some building and worship improvements we would like to make.
We pray we can all work together to reach the $50,000 goal and make all of this happen.
Your faithfulness will help fund our missionaries Sarah and James Barnard, who are based in Romania. They are continuing to serve the Ukranian refugees and the Romanian gypsies as well as being a support team for YWAM missionaries throughout Eastern Europe. They are continuing to work with the YWAM base in Romania and leading outreach movements and Bible Studies in Romania and Eastern Europe.
City Lights Church Planting and Mission Network is a coalition of city-focused, missional churches, businesses, and individuals working to plant new missional, healthy churches and ministries in African-American majority geographic communities in DFW.
